A deposit product which provides higher earnings than investment in commercial banks.

FEATURES:

Type: 001 Green Passbook
Minimum maintaining balance is Php1,000
Maximum deposit per quarter is Php30,000, inclusive of dividends and transfer from other accounts
Maximum Capital Contribution Account (CCA) Balance:

• For Regular Members - Php3 Million
• For Associate Members - Php1 Million

Placement dates are as follows:

• 1st Quarter - - 1st 3 working days of January
• 2nd Quarter - - 1st 3 working days of April
• 3rd Quarter - - 1st 3 working days of July
• 4th Quarter - - 1st 3 working days of October

Earns high dividends, tax free!

Note:

• All members (regular and associate) maintaining joint accounts can apply for Survivorship Agreement.
• Members may avail of the Expected Dividend Advance (EDA) facility to address their financial needs on a quarterly basis.

Retiree-Pensioner (without pension transfer to AFPSLAI) 

Retiree-Pensioner (with pension transfer to AFPSLAI) 

Retiree-Pensioner (Widow/Widower/Allottee/Orphan without pension transfer to AFPSLAI) 

Important Reminders:

• Member applicant MUST personally appear when applying for membership and claiming the passbook and ID. Application through authorized representative is not allowed.
• All requirements are to be submitted with original copies (for presentation) and photocopy (for submission).
• Applications with incomplete requirements will not be processed.
• Requirements for readmission are the same with new membership application other than the Letter of Intent.
• Additional documents may be required to support the Membership Application/Update Form.
