4. From the company biller, choose E-Census
5. Enter the amount to be paid
6. For subscriber number,
enter the Batch Request Number when paying for all requests in the batch,
or enter Request Reference Number when paying for a particular request only
7. For subscriber name, enter the requesters' name
8. Click on SUBMIT
9. Check the payment details
10. Click CONTINUE
11. A REFERENCE NUMBER WILL BE GIVEN IF SUCCESSFULLY DONE
