1.  Log In to Alahli NCB

2.  Press Menu Icon

3. Press Settings

4.  Press ID Expiry Update

5.  Press Update ID Expiry

Congratulations.  IQAMA is updated in the bank.

1. Go to the Pag Ibig Fund Website

2.  Scroll down the page and select Downloadable forms

3.  Select Provident

4.   Scroll down and select the Consolidation Form

5  Fill up this Form

6.  Send the scanned form to ofwcenter@pagibig.gov.ph

7. Wait for 12 days. You will receive an email telling the account is already merged and attached are the Statement of Accumulated Value
